Trying To Relax

This a.m. I got up extra early (I couldn't sleep anymore...), so I had the brainstorm of doing some wake-up yoga today. It was a 15 minute thing and it was very relaxing! It has really made a difference in my day. I felt more awake and my mood has been more relaxed today. It could have been a stress filled day, but I took a few minutes to relax and so it was not nearly so stressing.
I had to go to new teacher training today. We talk about all the issues that new teachers will have. Being that it's my third year I am getting some new ideas out of it and I'm able to share some of my ideas with people too. It's a nice group to get together with and I like learning from my collages.
Tonight Hubby is cooking since I've been out and about all day. It's so nice to have him cook! He also does laundry on occasions! How could you not love that! ^_^
